The white tyre represents the Hard compound tyre used on the F1 cars during races. It is one of the three choices of slick tyre, and is used for longer stints due to its durability. 

The yellow tyre represents the Medium compound tyre used on the F1 cars during races. It is one of the three choices of slick tyre, and is used for faster, hotter and more abrasive circuits. 

The red tyre represents the Soft compound tyre used on the F1 cars during races. It is one of the three choices of slick tyre, and is known for being the fastest of slick tyres, and is best used for shorter stints. 

The green tyre represents the Intermediate compound tyre used on the F1 cars during races. It is one of the two choices of wet tyre, and is used for mild wet conditions or when the track is still drying or just getting wet. 

The blue tyre represents the Wet compound tyre used on the F1 cars during races. It is one of the two choices of wet tyre, and is used for wet conditions where grip is crucial. 

Wind Tunnel Tyres 

Wind Tunnels are used in F1 to help develop the cars and the different parts, to help understand its limitations and abilities. These mini tyres are typically used in the wind tunnel but these have been mounted ready for you to display. 

These tyre does not feature the same engraving that you would see on an actual Pole Position Award which commemorates the driver with their name and pole lap time.
